Corrections to a casino's data are the most useful thing you can send. If you are reporting an operator, tell us what happened and when.
What we do with what you send
A correction changes the site or it does not, and either way you get an answer. We publish scores built from license records, sanctions screening, domain history and player payout reports, and every one of those can be wrong: a registry can be out of date, a license can be reissued under a new company, a domain can change hands. When you tell us a figure is wrong we check the source rather than the claim, and if the source disagrees with the page then the page changes.
If you are an operator
Disputes are welcome and they are handled the same way as anything else. Send the document: a license number we can look up in the regulator's own register, a company registration, a dated screenshot of terms we have quoted. We will not remove a score because it is unflattering, and we do not sell placement, so there is nothing to negotiate. What we will do is correct a fact that is demonstrably wrong, and say publicly that we corrected it.
If a casino has not paid you
Tell us the operator, the amount, the dates, and what reason they gave. Payout reports are the pillar we have the least data for, and a single credible report is worth more to this site than any amount of registry paperwork. We moderate them before they count toward a score, so include anything that helps us check it. If your money is at stake, raise a formal dispute with the licensing authority as well: we are not a regulator and cannot recover funds.
